Yup - the subdial at 3 o'clock has 31 tics on it, so it's not just a mislabeled 30 minute counter.
It therefore must be a unique kind of GMT watch, where you either are:
1. In two different days of the same month
2. Two different days of two different months
3. Keeping track of a month of Sundays
As a matter of fact, this watch is SO hosed up that it looks like me wearing a pink bow tie, a black leather teddy, and brown suede lumberjack boots. (!?!) The question that begs itself is as follows:
WTF were you planning to be when you got dressed up like that to begin with???
