The watch should come with:

White outer Omega box
Red leather inner box
White card holder
International warranty card stamped by an authorized retailer
Pictograms card
Chronometer certificate card (only if the particular Speedy is a Broad Arrow, Legend, or Racing Chronometer - if it is a Moon Watch, etc., it will NOT have this card)
Instruction Manual
All extra links if the bracelet was sized
