Omega plays a lot with marketing, but the several problems that the 33xx movement encountered are not helping really Omega. I am not also talking about their new ugly bond watch. Omega is more marketing than quality. The 3612 has not been tested under rough conditions, it is a nice movement but I am not sure if it has the same level reliability of older lemania modifed Omega movements. Remember Marketing is one thing and Quality is another one. A watch is not a disposable product, that is why people coinsider teh watch buy very important. Personally, I would never buy watch wit ha movement that has chrono resetting problems or that has the sudden stop like some 1120 or 2500 powered Omegas.
