I knew I'd seen it in a Catalogue of mine.
Here it is.
This is a Swiss catalogue from 1972. The text says the watch is highly protected against magnetic fields. ( upto 500 Gauss )
I'm afraid I don't know about the movement, but it could be a 654 ( or should be, these were the Chronometer/ Date movements from that period )
It looks like your watchmaker has made a nice job of rescuing this one.
