Interesting thaughts here. Omega launched some new models too quickly and hasn't been probably taken enough in consideration the persistance of the 33xx unlike Rolex who solved the 4130 problems from a definitive manner. Frederic Piguet is manufacturing movements and modifying them for Omega so you can't say that Omega is a manufacture because now it is just an assembleur. An assembleur cases a movement that was modified for him put the hands and the dial but the movement is not made by him and not even modified by him.A manufacture in the true sense of the meaning is a firm able to control all the process from designing a watch, its movements, its dial and all its other details without having recourse to a subcontractor like Rolex, Philippe Dufour,Speake Marin,Seiko,Zenith,Lange & Söhne,Glasshütte Original,Union Glasshütte, Jaeger Le Coultre,Frederique Constant,Patek (despite some of its handwound movements are from Piguet and JLC),Dornblüeth, Richard Mille, Vianney Halter, Antoine Preciuszo (design watches made to order) and François Paul Journe who are all true manufactures.
About HP like my pc tech says, you can't repair their pc if you don't go buy them and very component has to be baught by them even if it is not a high quality component. However I do have a hp printer from year 1999 that works very well and was always well cared.
My first PC was a nec pentium II 350,I never had a problem with it, then I switched for a custom made one and was more happy.
