De Ville Brickwork Bracelet
In Response To: de ville co axial ()

: have spent 3 months looking for an omega to
: suit , have now decided on the above
: 4541.50.00.The watch i tried on had a
: leather strap , but the one iam looking at
: buying has a metal strap . Is the strap
: strech / flexible or is it rigid with a
: clasp ( hope i have explained myself
: correctly ), any descriptions or pics would
: be appreciated - andy (novice )

The DeVille steel "brickwork" style bracelet is a work of art, but it is MUCH less flexible than the bracelet you would find on a Seamaster or Speedmaster. Because the links are smaller, they are held together much tighter. It is a beautiful bracelet, but it is very stiff/rigid compared to other Omega bracelets. It does have a clasp, but it is hidden underneath the bracelet, not large like the type you would find on a Seamaster Professional. It is similar to the clasp on the Aqua Terras.
