I think that if Omega did what they did with the Bond GMT and came out with a 2531.80 that had the 2500C co-axial caliber, applied dial markers, and a sapphire caseback, then I might find it tempting. However, I think it would have been a bad move to take the exact same watch and just add the co-axial to it and raise the price $1000. The 1120 based models are more affordable to the masses and have been big sellers for Omega. I've said all along that I don't think too many people would be willing to upgrade to a co-axial Bond unless it offered them something truly different from the old watch. The co-axial escapement alone isn't enough to get me to part with an extra $1000.
