Hi Alexandre,

The tip of the second hand SHOULD be red. But it is very common for the red to fade. ( as in this case ), after a few years & exposure to the sun. If it really bothers you, it is not a complicated or expensive job for a watchmaker to put a new second hand on the watch. ( you should also ask them to check the seals after doing this job )

I'm not sure I understand your 2nd point 100%.
Do you mean the exact area I have highlighted here?

If so, this is because the crown has been pulled out. ( probably to set the hands to exactly the correct position ). Normally the crown is pushed further in & then screwed down.

If you referring to the crown "protectors" either side of the crown, again they may look smaller because of the crown being pulled out, or the angle of the photo.

The watch looks OK to me.

It is NOT brand new & the price should reflect this.
