I got my Omega back from authenticwatches today and guess what... The bezel is just as loose as it was when I sent it to them 8 weeks ago and $40 shipping and $95 repair costs later. This is just crazy! I can easily rotate the bezel of my SMP with my pinky finger.

I called and they assured me that if I shipped it overnight to them they would have it back ASAP. I raised as much cain as I know how and apparently they are used to it. I got the monotone vanilla responses that you would expect. LOL. This is from a company who sold me a model number that does not exist, kept my watch for 2 months to fix a loose bezel, did not fix it or even test it before sending it back and constantly mislead customers with their 'authentic' image and good feedback. What a sham. I am considering buying a strap or something from them on ebay just to get an opportunity to share a real and honest experience with them as my NEGATIVE feedback. This should be a warning to anyone thinking of buying from authenticwatches ...DONT!

To make it one step worse for me personally, the watch was given to me as a graduation gift and I have had to hound my friend to make contact with them since he is the one that purchased it and whose house it is shipped to. AHHHHHHHHH!
