In Response To: Second Hand Bracelets ()

: Hi.

: This forum is really usefull and thanks all for
: intersting posts.

: I have a Speedmaster Broad Arrow. It is a
: fantastic watch thats looks really smart.
: But i don't like the bracelet. It's too
: modern and doesn't match the vintage look
: with the cream white dial. I have
: letherstraps but in the summer it is more
: comfortable with steel.

: Therefore i would like to fit a traditional
: speedmaster bracelet (of course i will keep
: the original)and I have two questions: 1.
: Will bracelets from a original Speedmaster
: fit(it's 20 mm between lugs)?
: 2. Is there anyware you can find Second Hand
: bracelets ?

I can't answer #1 since I don't own a Speedy Pro and am not sure about the end lugs on that bracelet. Hopefully one of the "Speedy gurus" on here can answer that question.

However, you can post a "WTB" ad (Wanted To Buy) or just browse around at the following sites that often have used bracelets for sale:

www.timezone.com Sales Corner
www.watchuseek Sales and Trade Forum
www.watchnet.com Trading Post
www.chronocentric.com ChronoTrader Sales Forum

Ebay also has LOTS of Speedy bracelets for sale, some at great prices. Many gray market watch dealers also sell new bracelets at decent discounts, so you could look into those as well.

Good luck!
