Interesting Concept...

: How this company works is as a broker. You
: order the watch from them, they take a small
: commission and pass the order onto an AD.
: The watch is then shipped to you from the
: AD. So it is as if you purchased directly
: from the AD. This allows advertising Omega
: and other brands at discounted prices.
: Pretty good idea. I’m sure one will pop up
: in the USA soon.

This raises some questions about Omega's official AD policy. Since the broker isn't an AD, the AD is not violating the "no selling directly over the internet" policy since he is not directly selling watches over the internet. However, I have always been under the impression that part of Omega's AD agreement is that they don't sell watches to third parties for resale. If an AD sells a watch to a gray market dealer, he is knowingly selling a watch to a third party for resale, and this violates the AD policy. I wonder if selling to a broker fits into the same category???
