Hello all,
I was at the University and had the chance to play with some rare earth magnets. The coined-sized buggers were so strong that most of the students couldn't even pull three apart from each other! It didn't occur to me that I was wearing my mechanical watch AFTER I had my turn with the magnets.... Duh!
Well, I do know that people have had watches that suffered from magentism, but I was wondering exactly how it affects the watch.... Does it throw off the balance wheel or what??? It's amazing how charge can affect such things!
All comments are appreicated like always....
