I think what Omega really needs to do is send some of their top QC/QA auditors (or, better yet, independent auditors) to NJ to go over everything they do with a fine tooth comb. Lancaster didn't earn its abysmal reputation because of just a few isolated incidents, and right now on this forum there are two of us having current problems with NJ's service. How many other people are having similar problems but will never post on a watch forum where we can read about them?
I just feel very strongly that such inept service is inexcusable from a company that is selling high end Swiss timepieces. They most certainly CAN do better if they actaully address the problems, but so far I don't think they have.
