The only reason I sent this watch back to Omega is because it was for a warranty repair. I had no choice, since the warranty is only valid if an Omega service center performs the work. My own watchmaker is much better, and I know that he probably could have fixed the problem in a matter of days and my watch would have come back in pristine condition. Instead, I've waited nearly three months and I still don't know if my watch has been fixed properly.

Once my warranties have expired I'll use my own watchmaker for servicing. His prices are cheaper and he does superb work.
