Nice catch about the He valve. We've been talking about this same watch over on timezone and that didn't come up. Neither did the hands, which I can't discern with certainty unless I pull out a ruler. The link to the timezone thread is below.

It's the best one that I have seen so far, since it actually uses genuine Omega parts (dial, hands, bezel, etc.). My best guess is that these parts were thrown on a fake case with a cheap movement inside (and a fake bracelet, of course).
