My initial instinct is to say it's real, because it looks very much like the Seamaster 120 my former doctor owns. The Bond bracelet with the gold clasp is correct, but it's been so long since I looked at the dial that I can't be sure of the details. I know the Seamster 120 was discontinued around 2002-2003 when the Aqua Terras debuted.

Anyway, as Steve said, I'd e-mail the seller and ask him if he can guarantee authenticity and give you a return privilege if you can't have it authenticated by a local Omega AD.
