Omega De Ville Identity *LINK* *PIC*

Hi, I have been trying to identify (& therefore value) this watch (had it YEARS... but now won't fit my wrist).
I have recently had it overhauled by an omega man, via my jeweler (but didn't think to ask him to give details from the inside!) My jeweler was intrigued as he hadn't seen this one before. Can anyone please help me?
