The Japanese Omega market has always seemed rather idiosyncratic as far as dial color is concerned, so it's really not that bad.
Besides which, they have to have SOMETHING in the Omega line that they can call their own, seeing that the ONLY Japanese with wrists big enough to wear a 49mm Railmaster would be a sumo wrestler!
