That looks like a PPK alright. From the picture, I would guess that the watch he's wearing is the regular Bond 2531.80 or its new co-ax replacement (anyone have thoughts on the fate of the classic 2531.80? Are they going to make a new ref. number or totally replace it over?)
I rule out the Bond GMT becuase I think I can see (you might check me on this) that the crown guard on the poster doesn't cover the top of the crown at all (the GMT has a much larger gaurd, which makes the crown look smaller).
Just my thoughts....
