Hi Stefan,

I use Chuck's serial number list to date my watches.

I don't think Omega are using movements in the 63 million range even today.

The seamaster name was first used in the late 40's & the Seamaster de Ville was a popular range of watches in the 60's.

Unfortunately it is impossible to give a value for the watch. A lot depends on the exact model, condition, extras ( like box papers ) etc etc.
