Hi Glynn,

Yep, It sounds like the model shown below.

I left the speedy part on the left to show that the watch is clearly listed in the Speedmaster section.

This scan comes from a German 1992 Catalogue.

Here are the prices from then...

Speedy Pro ( SP1 in scan ) :-
on a strap - 2,300 DM
on a bracelet - 2,500 DM
display back - 2,980 DM

Moonphase - Stainless case/ Gold Bezel ( SP2 in scan )
on a strap - 3,750 DM
on a bracelet - 4,600 DM

Moonphase Gold case/bezel ( SP3 in scan )
on a strap - 6,900 DM
on a GOLD bracelet - 15,200 DM

So the solid gold version was 6 times the price of a "normal" speedy on a bracelet !!

I have no idea of its current value.
