A more detailed call for help!

: Welcome to the forum Jack!

: You have a lot of options when deciding on an
: Omega, but let's first define on how much
: money you'd be willing to spend on a quailty
: timepiece.... From there, we can deduce
: which watches to recommend (and if
: applicable, offer referals of AD's that
: offer substantial discounts on new Omegas).
: In my opinion, the SMP Bond is an excellent
: choice, but do a little internet research,
: because there are many, MANY, different
: kinds of Omegas out there!

: And finally good luck!

Thanks. I am looking at, if necessary, spending up to £800 ($1500) on a:
not necessarily new
automatic
chronometer
Omega - obviously
(definately not quartz but the chronometer aspect is negotiable!).

And I would really love a chronograph but as I said the only one's I can find are either V expensive or hugely bulky. I like a larger watch (around 40mm diameter) but not one that builds up my biceps every time I lift my arm! - even though they are great watches, ofcourse.

I wonder if anyone knows of a model I haven't found yet that fits the bill?

Thanks very much.
