AR coating on 45mm PO

Gentlemen,

I recently purchased a 45mm PO. However several days after purchase and when putting on the watch for only the 2nd time I have noticed 3 or 4 marks on the crystal. Actually I think these are marks on the inside of the crystal, as I wear my Bond everyday (lots of abuse) but never any marks to the crystal!! I know the AR coat on the outside is easily scratched, but surely not that easy? Should I return the watch to my AD, as these marks are clearly visible? Any advice would be well received...
