The better discounts are available in Canada but only from little known Ma and Pa shops -- the mall stores that everyone is familiar with here won't discount as much. However, it is often possible with the mall stores to beat the 14%, you just need to speak to someone who is in a position to make a deal, i.e. not the sales associates.
