In Response To: seamaster 2531.80 ()

Good morning all
Hi Bev.

I have just purchased a seamaster 2531.80 i have the international warranty and chronomter cards
Cool !

but the orignal no's have been replaced with the model no of my watch and a serial no written on the watch
That's not so cool !

[the watch] has been opened by a Omega dealer who confirms it is genuine and i have the serial no from inside the watch
OK

how do i get the correct certifactes with the same serial no as inside the watch?

OK I have to ask a few questions now.

Did you buy the watch new ?
Did you buy it from an Authorized Dealer ?

If you did, I'd just take it back to the dealer & ask for the original cards. If he can't provide you with them, ask him for a watch that DOES have the original cards with it.

As far as I know only Omega issue these cards when the send the watches out. I have never heard of the cards being re-issued.

I'm really not sure if/how you can get the original cards.

Regards Bev

All the best

Steve
