Co-axial Chronometer

I purchased a new Omega 'Museum' piece this week with a 'Co-axial Chronometer' movement. This is an Omega movement, is it not, as opposed to a modified ETA? I have a fairly expensive IWC watch which I now suspect may have an ETA movement (that said, it keeps better time than my 'Submariner'-only gains 4 sec./day vs. +9 sec on the Rolex - so maybe nothing wrong with ETA movements!). I would appreciate any addtional info/insight re: this Omega movement. Thanks, Roger Eamer
