Hey Omega People (and Tag Man)
I have a quick question regarding a website I came across recently... cool-watches.com. These people market FAKE watches (I think they use the euphemism of 'replica').
I was wondering if this is legal? Can someone make a counterfeit watch and sell it without infringing on copyright issues? I highly doubt that luxury watch brands allow for such counterfeit.
Can anyone clarify how this works? Has anyone dealt with this company, or heard of anyone who has?
Thanks for the comments (hopefully).
