Omega Seamaster Geneve *PIC*

I have just inherited a watch that has Omega Automatic on the top part of the dial and Seamaster Geneve on the bottom. The dial background is silver or light gold (depending on whether you ask me or my wife). It has a date area on the right. The back has nothing on it at all. No seal, no words. My uncle traveled in Switzerland and bought watches there so I'm inclined to believe this is real. Does anything I've said about it allow you to say "FAKE"? The official Omega site identification section is down until Feb. I'm trying to figure out what this watch is worth so that I'll know how much I can spend for an overhaul and new crystal. Any information you can give about the watch or suggestions for places to get it repaired would be appreciated. I'm hoping my pictures will appear.
