The most important single piece of advice is to "Buy the Seller". You can figure out some information from looking at photos and descriptions, but ultimately, you are trusting the individual you are buying from to tell you what you are buying. Others have likely purchased from this individual beforehand, so ask them what their experience was like.
At this point, unless you are going to send the watch back, just enjoy it -- what's done is done.
