Service for 5yr old Aqua terra co-axial, send to Bienne?

Been meaning to get my Aqua terra tidied up and serviced after 5 years of continual wear.

I contacted Omega cust servics and they said to send it to Swatch UK. Now it seems they've stoped doing work and you are referred to sending it to either one of the boutiques or to a pirvate dealer, e.g. ernest jones.

Could I ignore this and just send the watch to Bienne? Don't want to pay the earth but I want my watch refurbed properly.
