Seamaster running a tad fast

It is barely a year old. Bought from authorized dealer.Am noticing it is running a little fast. In 2-3 days it is about a minute fast. I will try it crown up at night and see what happens. Any suggestions? If I take it to a dealer(it is under the 3 year warranty), can they "time" it and adjust it? Also if they open it and break the red seal, does an authorized service center put some other seal to show it was opened by an authorized serice center? I heard somewhere that a green seal is put on it. Any experiences with that?
