However, I was so entranced by Mr Holbrook's arguing style in this piece that I had a go at writing my own article in the style that he used for this article. However, to be clear, Mr Holbrook has written some far more enjoyable articles about watches in the past and I consider him an expert on comparing fit and finish, styling and so on. I also want to be clear that there was no particular desire to offend, I just happen to write like that when in a hurry and both Sam and Jim can attest that when arguing (especially about economics) I just seem to naturally fall into a 'rabid attack dog' style.
So, anyone who fancies reading my attempt to write an article about Rolex that is as accurate and balanced as the article about the 2500 and 8500, then it's here:
