Vacuum sealed back

Hello everyone, I have been reading a lot of posts here and I just got my first Omega Seamaster Professional Titanium watch. It is awesome eventhough it's a 2 year old preowned watch. I have an question here since you guys have a lot of experiences on watches. I took my watch to a professional and have him to check the movement to see if it's a REAL Omega. Everything turned out well and it is authentic Omega for sure. But when he put back the back seal, he did not use vacuum seal device to seal it. And since he did the inspection for free, he did not do the air test on the watch either. So my question here is does the watch need a vacuum seal once you open up the back seal? Or if you seal it tight by hand, everything will be fine? Thank you for answering my watch. It is my first Omega and I absolutely love it. Just trying to avoid anything that could damage my watch!!
