Cal 861 & 1861 dials interchangeable?

I thought I remember reading that dials weren't interchangeable, but Im too lazy to search for it. Anybody know off hand? As a new owner of a pre loved Speedy, Im interested in maybe swapping the dial to the Snoopy dial-861 (more for my 6 yo son's enjoyment) or the Japan Le dial (1861), since my wife now thinks all my watches look alike. A little color may be in order, but I honestly don't know what she's talking about. I mean, the 2054, PO and Speedy Pro don't look anything alike, do they?
