: I'm unconvinced by the new cal. 8500 ones (pictured).
: The 'teck dials' are interesting (anything that looks like a Riva
: can't be bad). It's the detailing that seems less well resolved
: than the older ones. The new Omega badge is beautifully executed
: (with recesseded joining bars between the letters) and the
: bracelet links without the holes look neat. it's just the rather
: 'bling' dial detailing that seems to be a bit OTT.
I've not seen one in person, so I am reserving judgment.
The silvered white face AT with blued hands was a favorite of mine . . . . . very clean and classic, yet distinctive.
