Setting time with Seamaster 120 with 1337 Quartz Movement

Hi,

I have a quartz seamaster 120 with the 1337 quartz movement that I recently got serviced in Bienne. It was already set on the correct time when I got it back, but I wanted to test if everything was ok. So I started to play with adjusting the time and date, and then noticed that I have a problem to set the exact time for the minute hand and second hand. The problem is that the minute hand and second hand cannot be set independently. Whenever I press the recessed button to get the second hand to stop, the minute hand stops as well, and whenever I repeatedly press the recessed button to get the second hand to "jog" faster, the minute hand moves to keep up with it. I also tried to set time with the minute hand thinking that the secondhand would "align" with it such that whenever the minute hand is precisely over a minute marker, the secondhand would be at the top (12hr marker). This does work either. The secondhand is always about 25 seconds ahead of the minute hand. Am I missing something here? Is there something else I can do to adjust? Any help appreciated.

Note that although the watch was working before I sent it to Bienne, I had never noticed if there was any minute / secondhand sync issue.
