Well, I haven't done a detailed review, but no, I actually think watches in Hong Kong are very expensive- and would be surprised if they were cheaper than buying in the US. The exchange rate is fixed to the USD, so there's no advantage/ disadvantage there.

Omega have stopped selling quartz in Hong Kong (and I believe Singapore) as they try and push the brand up-market.
