The best reference is published by Omega and available from their website: Omega: Journey Through Time. It is quite pricy, quoted in Swiss francs, and is the equivalent of over US$200
Other reference books do not focus on that era as much. I would suggest searching ChronoMaddox and Zowie on this website, as there is quite a lot of information here. Chuck Maddox published tables from a Japanese language book on Seamasters that was quite helpful.
