Omega Seamaster Chrono Diver

I have an Omega seamaster professional chrono diver Titanium/rose gold.and the black paint on the marking on the bezel are starting to come off. Can they be refurbished. I have been told by one agent that i need to replace the whole bezel but the bezel itself is perfect.
Would be grateful for any help or guidance
