Haven't seen watch in real life, but no doubt a very lovely watch. But before you buy "grey" I would recommend you read the info here on this website:

I would look for a source that at least promise you that the serial number has not been erased from the case. Also, Omega seal watch backs with a red dot to indicated it has never been opened since leaving the factory. If you buy retail then you could check these things for yourself, and have the benefit of Omega's warranty which you don't get when buying "grey."
