Hi guys just a note from a thread I have just read. As a watchmaker for many years I have seen the changes come and go and we have always given a 1 year guarantee with a second year cover for timing and small problems But we are now told by the brands that we deal with that we MUST give a solid 2 year guarantee so don’t think that you are getting more for your money we have been told to do so. I think that we are now starting to see a big difference in the quality of service from some watchmakers to others.
