: I have a 1969 c.861 Speedmaster in pretty good condition. I choose
: to make sure it goes to someone who appreciates it as it was my

: watch. How do I reach serious collectors of watches that are not
: going to be resold?
Not to be rude here but why are you concerned about it's resale if you are selling it in the first place? No one will cherish it like you should and anyone that buys it whether a serious collector or not will likely resell it at some point. If you must sell it, a hotbed of serious collectors hang out at timezone.com or watchuseek.com. Their sales corners are good places to start. Or you could list it on the sales corner here as well. Oh and pictures, lots of them and closeups will get you the biggest resale.
