Buying vintage Omega watch, but want to be sure it's genuine

I am interested in buying a vintage Omega.
Details are:
Seamaster Deville
Dial 18K gold with hand-rivetted gold hour markers and "stick" hands.
Unishell case number 166020
Case stamped 18K 0.750, with an assay marking from Latvia
Calibre 565 - 25294007
Year approx 1967?

Can you confirm this is a genuine Omega?
I have checked on the Vintage watch database, and it only lists a stainless or Gold cap version dated 1965 for the calibre 565.
