What tools do I need?

Spring Bar Tool

You need a Spring Bar Tool to remove the bar that holds the bracelet to the watch case.I have included a link to one so you can see what they look like. Most people mail order the leather straps. I think Alligator can only be purchased in the states, not for export. If you ask around you will find people have their favorite manufactures. Hirsch seems to be very popular. You also have the option of different clasps, which may change the type of strap you purchase.
