Congratulations! The 352 cal qualifed as a chronometer movement, so the dial should say "Chronometre Officially Certified". It should be serviced unless you know for certain that that has been done recently.
It's easy to get a new crystal, but you have to decide whether to keep the dial with its patina or have it re-done - usually if in doubt keep the original! Does the dial have numerals at 3, 6 9 and 12?
The crown should not be milled, but should have 4 grooves. Again, such crowns are available.
