Mine does the same thing. Its normal and not a problem. Other things to note:

-Dont change the date between 8pm and 2am(watch time), it might cause damage to the date mechanism
-The watch has an overwind mechanism that prevents it from being overwound.
-The loud noise you hear when you shake the watch is the ball bearing widing mechanism, and is perfectly normal.
-Your watch has a rapid date change, meaning the date changes instantly. It should change around midnight, but +/-20 mins is normal.
-If you rest it in different overnight positions, the gain/loss in time will vary. You can obtain the COSC certificate from Omega that will give you the best resting position.
