: Any comments?

Hi, It took them three attempts to fix/admit my SMP was faulty, it would just STOP. Having said that, they replaced the movement completely as they said they could find no reason for the fault but admitted it did just stop. The new movement is incredibly accurate, far better than the previous movement which I thought was good anyway (for accuracy), the new movement now gains approx 2 secs a week.
Overall I suppose I am happy with them now, but when my watch was faulty I hated them LOL.
One point though, I sent the watch to them directly in the end avoiding my AD input (if you can call it that?) I didn't want to send it in the original box in case it got damaged (the box) so I sent it in a high quality generic watch box, I recieved the watch back in a very cheap and flimsy thin white "box" that I wouldn't want to send a strap in, let alone a £1200 watch. And they had no idea where the box I sent it in had gone when questioned....

Best regards David.......and good luck
