like this Tissot. They basically have two small movements inside them that can be independetly set. The Tissot is quartz, and I have seen similar designs from many manufacturers, mostly using either quart or small hand-wound movements.

This is not really a GMT watch per se, but I can't think of any off hand that are as small as you want. Show her the Tissot and see what she thinks.
