Ladie's Omega

I'm looking for information about a Ladie's Omega watch made in the 1970's. I need to identify the watch, so I can look to purchase one. This type of watch was stolen from my wife a number of years ago, and the watch discussion has come up at times. I'd like to surprise her with a replacement.

The Omega Ladie's dress watch I'm interested in has a gold case, a black face, with only the 12:00 hash mark shown on the face. Because it is a dress watch, it is very thin, and the diameter of the face is small, probably below 16mm. The watch came with a black leather band.

If you would want to check a watch of similar appearance, check www.worldofwatches.com, item #14022. This watch is similar in appearance except for the hour marks.

The Omega watch that was stolen was well suited for my wife because of her small wrist. I'd like to find a replacement.
