Adjusting the time while chronograph is running.

Noob question about my Speedy Moonwatch. :)

I left the chrono function on and had not worn the watch for sometime, thus the watch had winded down. Chrono was on for about 9hrs plus.

I then wind up the watch fully and set the time without resetting the chrono hands. Thereafter I then realised it and reset it.

Will adjust the time while the chrono function is still running be bad for the movement or is it actually alright?
